What you will do

• Lead project teams through analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation phases.
• Manage project scope, deliverables, and budgets throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal consultants and external clients.
• Identify, track, and resolve project issues and obstacles to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure consistent use of internal project management tools, methodologies, and guidelines.
• Communicate project status, risks, and scope changes to stakeholders and management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of implementation or consulting project management experience.
• 3+ years of HCM implementation experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel up to 40% as needed for client engagements.
• Strong consulting skills, including relationship building and expectation management.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• CAPM or PMP certification.
• Experience working with UKG products.
