What you will do

• Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews across Western Europe markets to provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop strategic frameworks to evaluate and improve key commerce KPIs including EPC, CVR, and AOV.
• Write advanced SQL queries for deep-dive analysis and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Design and optimize scalable reporting solutions and dashboards to enable self-service analytics.
• Synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for senior stakeholders across editorial, finance, and technology.
• Standardize analytical methodologies to ensure consistency and efficiency across regional markets.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in analytics, eCommerce, or affiliate marketing.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience working with large datasets.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and present to senior audiences.
• Deep understanding of eCommerce metrics and retailer dynamics.
• Knowledge of GDPR and regional data regulations.

Nice to have

• Publisher-side experience in analytics or affiliate marketing.
• Degree in Maths, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
