Location: Hybrid (3 days a week from London office, UK)

What you will do

• Own global marketing funnel reporting from Lead to Opportunity and Pipeline.
• Analyze global, regional, and partner campaign performance across various channels.
• Maintain and document marketing attribution logic across HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Produce executive-ready reporting for reviews, QBRs, and all-hands meetings.
• Build and maintain global Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Partner with Marketing Ops, RevOps, and IT to resolve data gaps and hygiene issues.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, revenue, or commercial analytics.
• Strong Salesforce reporting and dashboard expertise.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot for campaign and lifecycle analysis.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfort working with imperfect data and ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Interest or experience in forecasting, planning, or predictive analysis.
• Ability to translate advanced analysis into practical recommendations.
• Experience working in global, multi-region marketing organizations.
