TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (Marine Insurance): Driving customer success, solution adoption, and strategic growth for the hirify.global Marine Suite (IMS) product group with an accent on building in-person relationships and leveraging domain expertise. Focus on managing customer KPIs, facilitating enhancement delivery, and ensuring contract compliance for P&C Insurance clients.

Location: Must be based in North America or Europe with a requirement for regular in-person engagement with clients and partners.

Salary: £39,000–£77,000

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing expectations and satisfaction.
  • Measure and track customer KPIs to ensure strategic business objectives are met.
  • Facilitate end-to-end management of medium complexity product enhancements.
  • Prepare professional presentations and lead customer meetings to drive product utilization.
  • Identify and uncover potential cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the account base.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure contract compliance and accurate billing.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Marine Cargo Insurance, Logistics, or Logistics Software.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer success or client-facing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
