Salary: £39,000–£77,000

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing expectations and satisfaction.
- Measure and track customer KPIs to ensure strategic business objectives are met.
- Facilitate end-to-end management of medium complexity product enhancements.
- Prepare professional presentations and lead customer meetings to drive product utilization.
- Identify and uncover potential cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the account base.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure contract compliance and accurate billing.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Marine Cargo Insurance, Logistics, or Logistics Software.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer success or client-facing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
