What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically distributed team of account executives across Europe.
  • Oversee engagement with key OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and embedded device manufacturers to ensure long-term growth.
  • Own regional forecasting via Salesforce, pipeline accuracy, and revenue delivery across all embedded verticals.
  • Partner with Product Management, Field Engineering, and Marketing to execute regional GTM strategies.
  • Build trusted relationships with CTOs, engineering directors, and procurement leaders to influence platform decisions.
  • Identify and drive adoption of QNX technologies in emerging embedded markets across Europe.

Requirements

  • Experience in solution/value selling of software to Tier-1 companies in the embedded industry.
  • Established relationships with key accounts in Industrial Auto, Medical Device, Defense, or Robotics.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic enterprise accounts and consistent sales quota achievement.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing regional or global sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with executive audiences.
  • Ability to travel frequently across Europe to support customers and team members.
