What you will do

  • Drive services revenue growth by increasing bookings and attach rates to product opportunities.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Managers to identify new opportunities and build multi-quarter pipelines.
  • Lead discovery sessions with engineering and executive stakeholders to translate technical needs into scoped engagements.
  • Develop compelling business cases, proposals, and SOWs outlining scope, milestones, and cost justification.
  • Manage the end-to-end services sales cycle from qualification through negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk to ensure compliance with pricing and contracting processes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Boston, Massachusetts
  • Significant experience in consultative B2B selling of professional services or complex software.
  • Demonstrated success closing high-value engagements and negotiating MSAs/SOWs.
  • Ability to manage full sales cycles including discovery, proposal development, and negotiation.
  • Working knowledge of embedded software development lifecycles.
  • Ability to travel across North America (typically 25–50%).

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into regulated or safety-critical industries like automotive, medical, or defense.
  • Familiarity with safety/security standards such as ISO 26262 or IEC 61508.
  • Background in embedded platforms or prior engineering/architect roles.
  • Experience with value-based pricing and services business case development.
