What you will do
- Own and drive key account plans for top automotive customers in collaboration with channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and top management at customer organizations.
- Define and implement customer-specific sales strategies to achieve corporate revenue and demand creation goals.
- Identify and win new business opportunities across the full NXP product portfolio.
- Manage internal resources effectively to deliver above-market growth.
- Coordinate commercial and technical requests to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of high-tech B2B sales experience in the semiconductor or automotive industry.
- Proven ability to manage complex engagements with customers and channel partners.
- Strong analytical skills to identify customer requirements and cross-functional dynamics.
- Professional proficiency in both German and English (C1 level required).
- Ability to work autonomously and set strategic priorities for business development.
