What you will do
- Manage and mentor a team of individual contributors to achieve sales targets.

- Drive large-scale transactions and manage the full sales pipeline.
- Identify new product opportunities and track competitive landscape trends.
- Exceed quarterly and annual goals for software subscriptions, renewals, and professional services.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of enterprise software sales experience in Germany and Austria.
- Proven experience managing and motivating sales teams.
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong background in selling complex products.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
