Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom

What you will do

  • Build trusted relationships with client groups to align people strategies with business needs.
  • Manage complex Employee Relations (ER) including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and redundancy processes.
  • Lead attraction and retention strategies and implement actionable changes from engagement surveys.
  • Partner with internal recruitment teams to ensure hiring needs are met efficiently and champion DEI values.
  • Interpret people metrics and engagement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for the business.
  • Provide pragmatic HR advice on policy, process, and employment law.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London, UK to support a hybrid work model.
  • Deep expertise in Employee Relations (ER) with the ability to lead complex processes independently.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how people practices enable business growth.
  • Experience working with international territories and managing associated complexities.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing junior HR colleagues.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.
