What you will do

• Supervise day-to-day operations on site for water infrastructure projects (pipelines, pumping stations, treatment plants).
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and health & safety regulations.
• Coordinate engineers, planners, and subcontractors to deliver project milestones on time.
• Enforce site safety protocols, run safety audits, and ensure environmental and sustainability requirements are met.
• Lead site personnel and subcontractors, including site inductions and toolbox talks.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and materials, maintain accurate site records, and provide updates to clients, consultants, and local authorities.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of site management experience, preferably in water infrastructure or utilities.
• Proven track record delivering infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, health & safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office Suite.

• SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid Certification.
• EUSR Blue Water hygiene card.
• Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator certification.
• Confined Space Training (if applicable).
