What you will do
- Own ordered components/services through receipt, goods-inwards retrieval, and delivery to relevant personnel.
- Receive goods/services into the Precoro procurement system and manage technical buyers’ inventory/excess stock for delivered kits/components.
- Maintain purchase order records and tracking tools, including weekly updates with Ops Planning/Dispatch to expedite orders.
- Review live and outstanding purchase orders with suppliers and expedite as needed; report progress/delays to technical buyers, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Process purchase receipts and invoices in Precoro: review, reconcile, and handle invoice queries.
- Support Precoro purchase requisition approvals, assist with PLM platform administration training, and help with supplier audits and tracking.
Requirements
- Fully skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to use web-based programs.
- Good negotiating skills to achieve the best outcome for the company.
- Ability to prioritize workload and work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- English: Fluent written and oral English
