Supply Chain Account Manager

What you will do

• Manage demand and supply for a product range from global suppliers to maintain targeted product availability, stock value, and stock turn.
• Maintain and develop supplier and customer relationships to support stock and availability targets.
• Contribute to planning improvement initiatives to support continuous improvement.
• Manage demand planner forecasting and ERP planning system via data management and exception reports across the product life cycle.
• Use statistical forecasts and market intelligence to align product supply with internal and external customer requirements.
• Deliver targets for product availability, stock value, and stock turn for products within the managed supplier and product portfolio.

Requirements

• Inventory management experience in a high-SKU, complex environment.
• Full understanding of ERP systems.
• Strong PC literacy with good working knowledge of MS applications, especially Excel.
• Highly numerate and detail-oriented.
• Proven experience working with and developing suppliers.
• Proven experience dealing with internal and external customers.
