What you will do

• Provide commercial support on major construction projects.
• Develop relationships and build trust with existing clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the contract.
• Own management account preparation and liaise with senior management.
• Apply knowledge of standard forms of contract, including NEC and JCT.
• Support claims preparation and dispute avoidance.

Requirements

• BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying.
• Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (preferred).
• Experience working within infrastructure/civils projects.
• NEC contract knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment; presentable and articulate.
