What you will do

• Manage and grow the portfolio of distributor and retail accounts in Panama to achieve sustainable sales growth.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across core brands like Barbie, Hot Wheels, and Fisher-Price.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and demand planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and Incoterms with customers to secure profitable agreements.
• Coordinate end-to-end export processes from China, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of products.
• Generate and present sales reports and KPI performance analyses to management.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in the commercial and/or consumer industry.
• Proficiency in Excel, managing large datasets, and performing sales and forecasting analysis.
• Knowledge of account reconciliation, including tracking orders, payments, and credits.
• Understanding of Incoterms and basic logistics coordination for export operations.
• Strong negotiation skills leveraging data insights to support commercial decisions.
• Basic familiarity with the toy category and consumer trends.
