What you will do

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to provide strategic procurement and capital project recommendations.
• Perform market research to assess supply and demand factors influencing client business decisions.
• Support large-scale bidding processes, including pricing analysis, contract implementation, and bidder negotiations.
• Oversee and mentor junior consultants to ensure high-quality project execution and delivery.
• Coordinate with client supply chain management, PMOs, and engineering teams to design procurement solutions.
• Utilize proprietary software tools to build cost models, forecast escalation, and manage eSourcing events.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in engineering, science, supply chain, or business required (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Consulting, Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering.
• Must be based in or near Calgary, Houston, Boston, or New York (remote considered).
• Willingness to travel 60-80% of the time.
• No visa sponsorship provided.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience within the Power & Renewables and/or Oil & Gas sectors.
