What you will do

• Manage the Central Region’s P&L and drive ARR to exceed targets.
• Own the end-to-end client relationship and serve as the primary escalation point.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Implement new program structures and track key utility program metrics.
• Act as a product expert to shape program design and contribute to new feature development.
• Support contract and SOW negotiations with utility clients and partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• BS or BA degree with 5-7+ years of experience in consulting, technology services, or client success.
• Proven experience in renewable energy, utilities, or grid services.
• Deep understanding of demand side management and demand response programs.
• Analytical mindset with experience managing spreadsheets and data-driven reporting.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
