Operations Manager (Consulting)

Location: Must reside in the greater Vancouver–Portland metropolitan area. This is a hybrid position requiring in-office work at least three days per week.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 plus performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Coach and consult with small-business owners to achieve strategic targets and growth goals.
• Deliver member-centered solutions through KPI analysis, presentations, and a consultative approach.
• Act as a project manager for various member activities and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems and processes driving financial success.
• Establish and cultivate relationships at multiple levels within members' businesses.
• Prepare and execute organizational strategies, policies, and practices aligned with long-term goals.

Requirements

• Must reside in the greater Vancouver–Portland metropolitan area.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic planning and execution at an operational level.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic perspective.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
