TL;DR

People Business Partner (HRBP): Driving organizational growth and transformation by partnering with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals. Focus on building organizational strength, fostering leadership capability, and ensuring scalable, compliant HR solutions in a fast-paced, global environment.

Location: Must be based in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a hybrid role requiring the majority of time in the office.

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders to translate business priorities into organizational outcomes.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent development, and leadership capability initiatives.
  • Use people-data and insights to guide decisions regarding engagement, performance, and organizational health.
  • Coach and challenge leaders to create clarity, accountability, and drive effective change.
  • Ensure policies and practices enable performance, fairness, and compliance as a business enabler.
  • Manage global HR projects and build scalable, efficient business-oriented solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Pittsburgh, PA and able to work from the office the majority of the time.
  • Experience in global HR roles, partnering across multiple countries.
  • Strong understanding of labor law, compliance, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience driving transformation and organizational adaptation.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French or German.
  • Knowledge of organizational psychology.
