What you will do

  • Manage and coach a network of third-party representatives across 12+ states to meet operational goals.
  • Develop and execute annual growth plans and sales initiatives for the assigned territory.
  • Optimize distribution channels by creating mutual growth plans and training partners on product value propositions.
  • Lead customer negotiations and manage sales pipelines and quarterly forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and R&D to address customer needs.
  • Maintain deep industry, application, and product expertise to provide market-wise recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • 7-10 years of technical sales experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, MS Office, and SAP.
  • Strong ability to analyze market data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Must be based in the US with the ability to manage a large regional territory.
