Salary: $180,000 - $225,000 USD

What you will do

• Implement infrastructure solutions to improve data center flexibility, energy efficiency, and capital efficiency.
• Lead design reviews with a commissioning lens to ensure facilities are testable and maintainable.
• Define commissioning quality standards and ensure traceability from design intent to test coverage.
• Manage third-party commissioning partners supporting test scripts, QA/QC plans, and readiness gates.
• Oversee commissioning execution from Level 3 through Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align commissioning plans with site constraints and turnover needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data center design, construction, or commissioning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent relevant discipline.
• Strong understanding of commissioning, design review, and technical quality in complex infrastructure.
• Ability to lead technical workstreams across internal teams and third-party partners.
• Experience with high-consequence delivery settings and clear communication.

Nice to have

• Deep experience with data center commissioning programs and Integrated Systems Testing.
• Familiarity with high-density GPU environments and infrastructure requirements.
• Experience shaping standards and repeatable delivery mechanisms.
