What you will do

• Design and implement a standardized global QAQC framework across all offices and projects.
• Oversee model audits, clash detection, and constructability reviews to ensure compliance with LOD/LOI requirements.
• Mentor and train BIM coordinators and modelers on QAQC best practices.
• Develop performance dashboards and reporting to track quality trends and efficiency.
• Integrate AI and automation tools to scale QAQC processes and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• 7+ years of BIM/VDC experience with strong knowledge of electrical systems.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Proven experience auditing federated models according to ISO 19650, BEP, and EIR standards.
• Must have US work authorization.
• Track record of building and enforcing QA/QC frameworks across multi-office environments.
