What you will do

• Own the preconstruction lifecycle from concept through construction readiness, including master schedule alignment and packaging strategy.
• Develop conceptual estimates, detailed cost plans, and scenario-based financial models for capital projects.
• Lead constructability reviews and value engineering exercises to optimize performance and reduce costs.
• Manage procurement strategies, bid leveling, and the selection of critical contractors and vendors.
• Establish standardized workflows, decision logs, and reporting systems to scale project delivery.
• Resolve macro constraints such as permitting, utility power allocations, and long-lead equipment delivery conflicts.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to export control regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 7–12+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project management for complex capital projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction means, methods, and owner-side project delivery.
• Ability to interpret complex construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Proven ability to align cross-functional teams across design, construction, finance, and leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, CostX, or Primavera P6.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED.
