TL;DR

Manager, Customer Success International (LegalTech): Leading and scaling a team of Customer Success Managers to drive retention, adoption, and long-term growth across EMEA and APAC regions with an accent on regional complexity and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on managing renewal processes, leveraging customer telemetry for data-driven insights, and aligning international execution with global strategy.

Location: Hybrid role based in London, UK (must be in office at least 3 days a week)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of International Customer Success Managers.
  • Own renewal processes, forecasting, and customer health outcomes across international portfolios.
  • Drive consistency and scalability of success processes, playbooks, and reporting across regions.
  • Act as an escalation point for strategic or at-risk international accounts.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure regional customer feedback informs the product roadmap.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to support regional growth and expansion initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading Customer Success or Account Management teams in a global or international context.
  • Strong record of driving adoption, retention, and value realization across diverse customer segments.
  • Ability to operate effectively across different regions, cultures, and time zones.
  • Executive-level communication skills for engaging senior customer stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using customer health, adoption, and renewal metrics.
  • Collaborative leadership experience within a matrixed organization.
