What you will do
- Serve as the platform expert, ensuring value optimization for a diverse portfolio of accounts.
- Own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle and drive account growth initiatives.
- Partner with Account Managers to align on business goals and strategic objectives.
- Navigate and influence key stakeholders, including users and budget decision-makers.
- Collect customer feedback to inform product development and engineering teams.
- Integrate the platform into client operational processes and recommend best practices.
Requirements
- French: Native or full working proficiency required.
- 6-8+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS customer success/account management.
- Proven track record of owning renewals and driving commercial growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in complex negotiation and account strategy.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong focus on delivering an exceptional client experience at the user level.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of publicly available information and social media analysis.
- Experience in corporate security, risk, or crisis management sectors.
