What you will do

  • Serve as the platform expert, ensuring value optimization for a diverse portfolio of accounts.
  • Own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle and drive account growth initiatives.
  • Partner with Account Managers to align on business goals and strategic objectives.
  • Navigate and influence key stakeholders, including users and budget decision-makers.
  • Collect customer feedback to inform product development and engineering teams.
  • Integrate the platform into client operational processes and recommend best practices.

Requirements

  • French: Native or full working proficiency required.
  • 6-8+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS customer success/account management.
  • Proven track record of owning renewals and driving commercial growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in complex negotiation and account strategy.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong focus on delivering an exceptional client experience at the user level.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of publicly available information and social media analysis.
  • Experience in corporate security, risk, or crisis management sectors.
