What you will do

  • Serve as the primary trusted advisor for enterprise customers throughout their entire journey.
  • Lead onboarding engagements, ensuring smooth integration and value realization for AI-powered search projects.
  • Develop scalable onboarding materials, including tutorials, cookbooks, and best-practice guides.
  • Monitor customer health, usage metrics, and adoption signals to proactively manage churn and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, GTM Engineering, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Synthesize customer feedback to influence product roadmap and developer experience improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as Customer Success or Implementation Consulting in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience working with technical users of developer tools or modern AI/LLM-based platforms.
  • Ability to navigate complex technical conversations with both developers and business stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial instincts with experience managing renewal cycles, forecasting, and upsell/cross-sell.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce for pipeline and customer tracking.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI/LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain.
