What you will do

  • Drive product adoption, renewal, and high customer satisfaction within an assigned portfolio.
  • Design and implement scalable programs to integrate the platform into customer workflows.
  • Maintain relationships through capability briefings, product demonstrations, and regular check-ins.
  • Serve as a platform expert to ensure engagements support organizational goals.
  • Collect customer feedback and articulate recommendations for product development to engineering teams.
  • Leverage data-driven metrics to identify and mitigate risks to retention and growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3 years of enterprise software or SaaS customer success/account management experience.
  • Knowledge of publicly available information and real-time alerting needs for Private Sector organizations.
  • Outstanding communication skills for presenting complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • High level of accountability and ability to execute independently on multiple projects.
