What you will do
- Drive product adoption, renewal, and high customer satisfaction within an assigned portfolio.
- Design and implement scalable programs to integrate the platform into customer workflows.
- Maintain relationships through capability briefings, product demonstrations, and regular check-ins.
- Serve as a platform expert to ensure engagements support organizational goals.
- Collect customer feedback and articulate recommendations for product development to engineering teams.
- Leverage data-driven metrics to identify and mitigate risks to retention and growth.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3 years of enterprise software or SaaS customer success/account management experience.
- Knowledge of publicly available information and real-time alerting needs for Private Sector organizations.
- Outstanding communication skills for presenting complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- High level of accountability and ability to execute independently on multiple projects.
