TL;DR

Director Client Success (Legal Portfolio): Leading and coaching a team of client success professionals to drive retention, growth, and value realization for enterprise legal accounts across EMEA and APAC. Focus on building executive relationships, optimizing account strategies, and ensuring high-performing team execution within the legal technology sector.

Location: Must be based in the UK (Remote or hybrid in London).

What you will do

  • Oversee portfolio strategy to optimize account assignments and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead and coach a team of client success professionals to deliver measurable client outcomes.
  • Manage high-risk client escalations and drive issues to resolution with urgency.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships within key enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and internal leadership to align on account goals and renewal forecasts.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and industry-specific thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in client success, portfolio, or account management leadership.
  • Proven experience leading teams of at least 10 in professional services or legal industry.
  • Strong consultative, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with change management or adoption strategies for enterprise technology.
  • Ability to travel 20–30% of the year for client visits and industry events.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the hirify.global product suite.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and related practice management systems.
  • Background in a publicly traded, growth-stage software company.
