Location: US Remote. Hybrid policy: If within ~40 miles of a Hub office, office attendance is required 1-2 days a week. Ability to travel domestically 30% of the time for onsite visits is required.
Salary: $29.63–$33.00/hour (plus variable commission).

What you will do
- Build a strong sales pipeline by engaging existing customers and demonstrating the value of add-on products.
- Conduct high-volume outbound engagement through approximately 30 calls per day and personalized emails.
- Drive discovery of unmet customer needs and articulate how Pro modules provide solutions.
- Collaborate with Pro Account Executives to implement communication plans and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records and activity logs in the CRM.
- Report on active campaigns and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales or Customer Success, specifically in cross-sell or up-sell roles.
- 12+ months of outbound calling experience is required.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly phone demeanor.
- Ability to handle objections and articulate value propositions clearly.
- Tenacious work ethic and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
