What you will do
- Own and deliver sales performance for the defined geographic territory, meeting revenue targets and KPIs.
- Independently manage a portfolio of A&D practices, dealers, and end-user customers.
- Identify, develop, and convert project opportunities through effective specification and negotiation.
- Act as a knowledgeable representative of the brand to strengthen market presence.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including pricing and product positioning.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and reporting for sales leadership.
Requirements
- Must hold a full and clean driving licence.
- Must be based in the UK, ideally between Birmingham and Bristol.
- Around 5 years of relevant field sales experience.
- Proven ability to own complex accounts and navigate the A&D and dealer landscape.
- Strong commercial judgement and ability to work with high independence.
