Account Manager (Sales/Hospitality): Managing and growing a portfolio of restaurant partners by driving revenue, retention, and adoption of platform solutions with an accent on commercial negotiations and revenue management. Focus on building long-term relationships, optimizing partner performance, and executing promotional strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office).

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of restaurant partners to increase monthly revenue.
  • Negotiate commercial conditions to optimize margins and seat occupancy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing ongoing commercial support.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute promotional plans.
  • Monitor partner compliance with quality standards and Terms & Conditions.
  • Train restaurant partners on effective tool usage and share market insights.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London or able to commute to the office 3 days per week.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level).
  • At least two years of experience in account management or a closely related role.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management and commercial performance levers.
  • Proven ability to manage commercial negotiations and large portfolios.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to propose tailored business solutions.

Nice to have

  • Experience pitching and selling promotions or flash sales.
  • Background in managing large portfolios (300–800 accounts).
  • Experience in the internet, digital, or tech sector.
  • Previous experience working with hospitality or restaurant clients.
