What you will do

  • Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling while reducing churn.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers across Operations, H&S, Procurement, and Sustainability.
  • Deliver revenue, margin, and retention targets for the assigned territory.
  • Acquire new local business, dedicating approximately 50% of time to prospecting.
  • Conduct site visits and carry out minor on-site adjustments using remote service tools.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and account data within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in territory account management.
  • Success in generating new business and up-selling.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Full driving licence is required.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
