What you will do

• Handle transportation, logistics, and motor truck cargo claims.
• Confirm coverage by reviewing policies and supporting documentation.
• Conduct investigations into loss facts and the extent of damages.
• Negotiate and settle claims directly with claimants.
• Set reserves within authority and prepare detailed reports.
• Identify subrogation opportunities and potential fraud.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Claims handling experience required.
• Must have or be eligible to receive a claims adjuster license.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Two plus years of commercial claims handling experience.
• Advanced or technical degree.
• Industry designations such as INS, IEA, AIC, ARM, SCLA, or CPCU.
