What you will do
- Own and evolve the core lifecycle technology stack including Marketo, Salesforce, LeanData, and 6sense.
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows for lead/account routing, database health, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with PM, Sales, and Corporate IT to translate business strategy into scalable technical capabilities.
- Manage supervised AI use cases for agentic automation, prioritization, and database maintenance.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to align tracking and attribution for Power BI reporting.
- Establish technical standards and lead enablement for the broader Marketing Operations team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, revenue operations, or MarTech, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Marketo and Salesforce, including lifecycle processing, scoring, and routing logic.
- Experience with LeanData, 6sense, Google Tag Manager, and website tracking frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing AI-enabled workflows and intelligent automation.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
- English: Fluent written and oral communication required.
