What you will do

• Partner with commercial teams to develop and deliver tailored technical solutions to prospective and existing customers.
• Build deep, consultative relationships to serve as a trusted technical advisor to executive and technical stakeholders.
• Lead technical demonstrations, Proof of Value (PoV) activities, and architectural design sessions.
• Support RFP processes, due diligence, and the development of business cases, ROI, and TCO justifications.
• Act as a subject matter expert and go-to person for People Protection solutions, enabling broader sales engineering teams.
• Own the technical product feedback loop with internal product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a pre-sales or customer-facing technical consulting capacity within the high-tech industry.
• Strong affinity for technology and sales with a proven ability to manage quota-driven performance.
• Confident presentation skills capable of addressing audiences ranging from technical engineers to executive management.
• Ability to translate high-level business objectives into technical requirements and product roadmaps.
• Enthusiastic self-starter comfortable working both independently and within a global team setting.
