AVP, HR Business Partner – Corporate Functions

Expected annual base salary range: $125,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Align HR strategies with business objectives and advise business leaders and employees on workforce planning and talent management.
• Lead recruiting support, talent and performance management, training and development, compensation, DEI, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations.
• Execute compensation, promotion, talent review, calibration, and development-tracking processes end to end.
• Handle employee relations matters, escalating complex situations appropriately.
• Analyze HR data, identify trends, recommend improvements, and maintain data integrity in partnership with HRIS and key systems.
• Coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities and help implement firm-wide HR programs with HR centers of excellence and the broader HR team.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of human resources experience, including experience in a professional services, financial services, or technology organization.
• Experience leading strategic talent management and organizational effectiveness or development initiatives.
• Ability to translate business initiatives into clear HR strategies using a process-oriented and forward-looking approach.
• Strong project management, financial, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in a client-facing HR generalist or HR Business Partner role; international exposure is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is a plus.
