What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution design for complex pursuits, including measure strategies, program structure, budgets, and pricing.
• Translate market, regulatory, and client needs into tailored program designs and develop solution specifications aligned with delivery capabilities.
• Own solution integrity from design through implementation by partnering with delivery teams and serving as an escalation point post-award.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business development, delivery, engineering, product, IT, and marketing to deliver cohesive program designs.
• Define and standardize solution design methodologies, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to training and knowledge-sharing.
• Contribute to revenue growth by developing winning solutions, supporting pricing and cost modeling, and influencing pursuit strategy and pipeline.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in energy efficiency, demand-side management, electrification, or related fields.
• Proven success designing and delivering complex energy programs or solutions.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and data interpretation skills (Excel, PowerBI or similar tools).
• Deep familiarity with regulated utility environments, filings, and evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong communication skills to present complex information to diverse audiences.
