What you will do

  • Manage cross-functional projects to solve complex client problems and support account stewardship.
  • Coordinate subject matter experts, technical staff, and client teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Develop strategic and tactical recommendations for healthcare clients.
  • Manage short- and long-term deliverables to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate across practices to become a recognized resource within the firm and for clients.
  • Maintain professional knowledge of the firm's services and products.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in biopharma, health plans, healthcare consulting, or public sector roles (e.g., CDC).
  • Graduate degree in public policy, health sciences, epidemiology, or public health (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficient understanding of healthcare policy, legislative impacts, and public health research methods.
  • Experience translating policy findings for diverse audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, modeling) and PowerPoint for compelling data synthesis.
  • Must be based in the United States.
