Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, or New York, NY with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $99,000–$150,000 USD (based on location zone).

What you will do

  • Build and maintain executive-level candidate pipelines through market mapping and targeted outreach.
  • Identify and engage passive executive talent using competitive intelligence and relationship-building.
  • Partner with executive recruiters and leadership to align on succession priorities and long-term planning.
  • Track candidate activity and maintain organized workflows in Greenhouse and Gem.
  • Analyze sourcing data and market trends to improve engagement strategies and pipeline quality.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in executive search and managing the search process.
  • Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates from top industry players.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into sourcing strategies.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple executive searches simultaneously.
  • Comfort using AI tools to support research and outreach efforts.
