What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers initiating insurance claims, providing guidance throughout the filing process.
• Review and process insurance claim documents, including direct entry of benefits into carrier CRM systems.
• Interpret customer policies and coverage to accurately assess claim eligibility.
• Maintain precise, up-to-date records of all claims, communications, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal Client Executives to ensure efficient claims processing.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Peoria Heights, IL for hybrid work
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service, insurance, or claims-related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in claims management systems and office software.
• Knowledge of life and health insurance policies and terminology.
