What you will do

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers to provide support and guidance.
• Process service requests, including adding/removing vehicles, drivers, and lienholder information.
• Assist customers with detailed questions regarding insurance coverages and policy benefits.
• Actively work to retain policyholders by finding effective solutions for customers at risk of cancellation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
