Systems Solution Designer (Systems Engineer / Intralogistics Engineer) (Intralogistics and Automation): Designing and implementing storage and automation solutions for customer warehouses with an accent on technical design, data analysis, and project support. Focus on developing technical documentation, coordinating suppliers and stakeholders, and improving system solutions from initial concept through final acceptance.

Location: Remote within Poland, with occasional international collaboration and meetings.

What you will do

• Design intralogistics storage and automation solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Analyse warehouse and operational performance data.
• Create technical documentation, including drawings, interface descriptions, process flow diagrams, schedules, and cost calculations.
• Support projects from initial customer meetings through final acceptance.
• Collaborate with sales teams, customers, suppliers, and internal project stakeholders as a technical point of contact.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the development of the product portfolio.

Requirements

• Degree or completed technical education in mechanical engineering, design, logistics, or intralogistics, with first experience in a related position.
• Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel; MS Project is an advantage.
• Experience with CAD and technical drawing tools.
• Fluent Polish and English, written and spoken, required.
• Must be based in Poland to work remotely.

• Background in automation.
• Additional project management training, especially in intralogistics or mechanical engineering.
