What you will do

• Lead and support capital projects from specification and design through onsite installation and commissioning.
• Develop technical solutions aligned with product and process requirements for manufacturing technology projects.
• Collect and analyze data to support operational decisions and plant support.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure compliance with global hirify.global standards.
• Collaborate with regional teams to implement best practices across EMEA plants.
• Manage project execution, including risk identification and mitigation, while maintaining relationships with equipment suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or capital project environments.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Experience working with vendors and supporting equipment specification, installation, and commissioning.
• Proven experience in cross-functional project delivery within manufacturing environments.
• English proficiency required for communication.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with CAD tools such as AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical.
• Knowledge of machinery systems including PLCs, sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Understanding of machine safety standards, risk assessments, and functional safety principles.
