Sales Support Engineer

What you will do

• Provide technical advice and develop comprehensive proposals based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with consultants, designers, and internal stakeholders to enhance product awareness.
• Maintain and develop documentation processes to improve sales engineering performance.
• Plan and execute technical education initiatives for customers and partners.
• Conduct site visits and provide direct support for proposal execution and troubleshooting.
• Manage technical reference information for installation and maintenance services.

Requirements

• University degree in electrical, electronic, or automation engineering.
• Native Polish proficiency and English at B2 level or higher.
• Several years of relevant experience in security, building automation, or telecommunications.
• Valid category B driver's license.
• Ability to read, interpret, and maintain technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Practical knowledge of Carrier/hirify.global products or systems.
• Experience in 1st line technical support, maintenance, or installation of low-voltage systems.
• Knowledge of commercial investment and construction engineering design processes.
• Relevant industry clearance for electrical appliances maintenance (SEP E, 1kV).
