TL;DR

Senior GSI Channel Manager (Cybersecurity): Driving strategic partner development and go-to-market initiatives across the Americas with an accent on recruiting and enabling Global System Integrators (GSIs). Focus on building multimillion-dollar sales pipelines, collaborating with field sales to embed identity-centric security solutions, and executing complex channel strategies.

Location: Must be authorized to work in the US/Americas region

Compensation: $124,566–$182,696 per year plus variable sales compensation

What you will do

  • Target, recruit, and develop strategic GSI partners across the Americas.
  • Own and execute regional GTM strategies, including enablement and sales plays.
  • Collaborate with field sales to identify, qualify, and pursue joint opportunities.
  • Drive joint brand awareness and pipeline growth through strategic marketing.
  • Provide input on GSI-specific product development and market requirements.
  • Manage GSI-related pipeline and support deal progression and closure.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US/Americas region
  • 5+ years of experience in a channel-focused GTM role.
  • Proven experience working with major GSI partners in the Americas within the past 3 years.
  • Deep understanding of the GSI ecosystem and GTM models.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity solutions, including software and hardware encryption.
  • Experience within the cryptographic sales ecosystem (PKI, HSMs, CLM).
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%, including some international travel.

Nice to have

  • 10+ years of experience selling complex cybersecurity solutions.
  • Expertise in data protection, identity, SSL, IAM, and IDV platforms.
