TL;DR

Account Executive, USSOCOM (TS/SCI) (Federal Sales): Drive adoption of new products and solutions for U.S. Special Operations Command by translating USSOCOM user workflows into hirify.global’s space-based technology, geospatial data, and analytics. Focus on executive-level relationship building, strategic go-to-market execution, and delivering revenue/booking growth with an active TS/SCI clearance.

Location: Herndon, VA (open to Fort Bragg, NC or Tampa, FL)

Salary: $149,000.00 - $198,000.00 - $217,800.00 annually (Washington, DC metropolitan area)

What you will do

  • Develop and implement strategy to deliver and drive adoption of new products and solutions within USSOCOM.
  • Leverage and build relationships with senior personnel and operational users in USSOCOM.
  • Partner with product teams to understand current products and future roadmaps, then translate user workflows into hirify.global capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities through established partners and collaborate cross-functionally to capture new business.
  • Work with Sales and Finance to forecast, implement, and monitor a strategic go-to-market program.
  • Support Sales and Marketing with product positioning, presentations, press releases, workshops, training, and customer visits.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required; applicants without the required clearance are not eligible.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1–3+ years of experience in a sales capacity at a technology or product-centric company.
  • Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and support ~$5M in new business capture.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

  • Military background; USSOCOM experience preferred.
  • Strong connections within defense communities.
  • Experience in Earth imagery / GEOINT markets.
