What you will do

• Build and maintain high-quality frontend features using React and TypeScript.
• Refactor legacy and complex code to improve readability, testability, maintainability, and long-term reliability.
• Identify and resolve issues across the stack with robust and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, business stakeholders, and external partners to define requirements and deliver features.
• Review code, mentor less experienced engineers, and contribute to technical direction and continuous improvement.
• Improve frontend developer experience through tooling, testing practices, performance optimization, and open-source contributions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience building frontend applications with React and TypeScript.
• Experience working with complex or long-lived codebases, including refactoring and simplifying existing systems.
• Ability to write maintainable, well-tested code and make reliable technical decisions.
• Clear communication skills for explaining technical details and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, take ownership, and support the technical growth of others.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, software engineering, computer engineering, or management information systems is preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
