What you will do

• Deliver interactive virtual instructor-led training (VILT) and occasional onsite sessions for the CCH product suite.
• Conduct training needs analyses to identify customer requirements and recommend effective learning solutions.
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and digital learning resources.
• Support customer onboarding to drive successful product adoption and knowledge transfer.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers optimize system usage and operational processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering training on software applications and systems.
• Must be based in the UK to deliver training to external customers across the country.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience creating and maintaining training materials and learning resources.
• Strong IT literacy and proficiency with virtual collaboration and communication tools.

Nice to have

• Minimum of two years' experience in a training or customer education role.
• Knowledge of hirify.global CCH software applications.
• Experience developing e-learning solutions using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Premiere Pro.
• Recognized Training Qualification (e.g., Train the Trainer, TAP, CIPD).
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
