What you will do

• Deliver training programs across classroom, online, and one-to-one settings.
• Conduct training needs analysis with learners and stakeholders.
• Design and maintain training materials, including presentations and manuals.
• Prepare and maintain training environments, hardware, and software.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support during live training sessions.
• Coach learners using portals and self-learning materials.

Requirements

• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to own vehicle.
• Must have a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK/EU.
• Foundational networking knowledge and a basic grasp of IP networking.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting to others.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to explain complex systems simply.
• Above average IT skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
