What you will do

• Lead the Assessment Production team in developing live assessments for qualifications and apprenticeships.
• Design assessment strategies for submission to external regulators and approval bodies.
• Manage end-to-end Quality Assurance activities and act as the primary point of contact.
• Provide line management for assessment staff, monitoring performance and driving output improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
• Monitor budgetary expenditure and verify associate staff invoices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Ofqual’s General Conditions of Recognition.
• Proven experience in assessment strategy design and technical evaluation.
• Experience in managing quality and compliance systems within qualification development.
• Proficiency in project management tools and applications for high-workload environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with remote, online delivery of regulated exams.
• Background in reformed qualifications such as T Levels, Functional Skills, or Higher Technical Qualifications.
• Experience with E-Assessment platforms.
