Salary: $120,000–$130,000

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of cloud operations and engineering initiatives across AWS and Azure environments.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Translate business priorities into actionable technical delivery plans with clear dependency graphs and critical paths.
• Coordinate CI/CD pipeline activities, infrastructure deployments, and production readiness.
• Monitor and improve cloud metrics such as uptime, latency, and error rates while driving cost optimization (FinOps).
• Facilitate incident response, escalation, and postmortems to ensure platform stability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Cloud Platforms and Agile delivery.
• Strong experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies and managing delivery dashboards.
• Proven ability to drive cloud migration and workload onboarding projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Toronto.

• AWS Cloud Practitioner or relevant cloud certifications.
